FACT: Periodontal Diseases are serious bacterial infections which destroy attachment fibers and supporting bone that keep your teeth together in your mouth.

Roughly 15% of Adults between the ages of 21-50 and about 30% of adults over 50 have this disease.

This is one of those “silent killer” types of diseases. Persistent swollen or bleeding gums, sensitive teeth, and bad breath are early warning signs of Periodontal Disease.


If untreated or ignored; it can lead to tooth loss since it is a serious infection. If you fall into the category of having systemic, localized, and/or oral inflammatory diseases; then it may be time to consult with a Dental Professional.
